Stream Cleanups

Stream cleanups involve removing trash and debris from streams and nearby areas. They matter because they protect wildlife, improve water quality, prevent flooding, and bring communities together to care for local environments.

Water Testing

Stream water testing checks the quality of water in streams by measuring things like pH, temperature, and pollutants. It’s important because it helps protect ecosystems, ensures safe water for people, tracks pollution, and guides conservation efforts

Public and youth environmental education teaches people—especially kids—about nature, sustainability, and how to care for the planet. It matters because it builds awareness, inspires action, and helps shape future leaders who protect the environment.

The GSB Project was established to restore and protect the health of our local streams. waterways have suffered Over time, these from neglect, accumulating other pollutants trash, oil, and due to poor maintenance and lack of oversight clean and vibrant. What were once ecosystems are now in decline, threatening both local wildlife and the broader environment.
